Advantice Health AB, reg. no. 559183-3859, is the controller of your data which means that we are responsible for how your personal data is collected and used. Like you, we believe personal integrity is important and will protect any of your personal data that we process. All personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation, more commonly known as the GDPR.
The types of data we collect when you use the site

Customer support – We process personal data to provide requested customer service when you contact us through our website, over the phone or via email.

The types of data we use for adverse event reporting and pharmacovigilance requirements
Our pharmacovigilance obligations further require us to process certain personal data of individuals as part of adverse event reporting. We do this in order to comply with strict legal obligations and to report suspected adverse events to relevant regulatory authorities.
As part of meeting our pharmacovigilance obligations, we may process personal data to:
- investigate an adverse event that you or a third party informs us about;
- contact you for further information about the adverse event you reported;
- Aggregate information about the adverse event with information about other adverse events received by us to analyze the safety of our products; and
- provide required reports to national and/or regional competent regulatory authorities so that they can analyze the safety of our products.
Legal basis: When processing personal data for the pharamacovigilance purposes explained above, we do so in order comply with legal obligations under applicable pharmacovigilance laws and our legitimate interests in ensuring the purposes of processing listed above, taking into account that EU or Member State law has been issued for reasons of substantial public interest in the area of public health and safety of medicinal products or medical devices.
How we may share the data we collect and international transfers
Only the people within our organization who need to process personal data for the purposes mentioned above have access to your personal data.
We may need to share your personal data and give our suppliers and sub-suppliers access to your personal data when they perform services on our behalf, mainly to maintain and support the functionality of the website. We may further share personal data with competent regulatory authorities, in respect of a suspected adverse event that you or a third party has reported to us.
Any transfer of data outside the EU/EEA is made in line with data protection laws. Our international transfers of personal data are based on lawful data transfer mechanisms under the GDPR, such as the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we will keep your personal data
Advantice Health will store your personal data for as long as we deem it necessary to provide you with our services and to resolve disputes with any parties or otherwise as necessary to allow us to conduct our business.
Personal data collected through cookies is deleted once the cookie has reached its expiry date. Please note that the expiry dates for cookies vary as some cookies are stored only as long as you visit our website (so called session cookies), and some cookies are stored for a longer time (so called persistent cookies). Session cookies are deleted once you close your browser and persistent cookies typically expire after either one day or one month, depending on the cookie. You may also uninstall cookies at any time.

Your choices and rights

You are also entitled to have incorrect personal data about you corrected and you may in some cases ask us to delete your personal data. You can also object to certain personal data about you being processed and request that processing of your personal data be limited. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format and have the data transferred to another party responsible for data processing.
If you are dissatisfied with how we process your personal data, you are entitled to file a complaint to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (email@example.com) or the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence.
